We deliver to all areas of Bahrain and ship to all GCC countries. On this page you will find delivery times, costs and personal pickup.

Shipping areas and delivery times

  • Within Bahrain: delivery to all areas, within 2–5 working days.
  • GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Oman): shipping to all GCC countries, and we confirm the delivery date with you once the order is confirmed.

Orders received on public holidays are prepared on the next working day.

Shipping costs

  • Within Bahrain: 2.000 د.ب per order.
  • Saudi Arabia and the UAE: 3.500 د.ب per order up to half a kilogram.
  • Kuwait, Qatar and Oman: 4.500 د.ب per order up to half a kilogram.
  • GCC countries, if the order weighs more than half a kilogram: 1.200 د.ب is added for each additional half kilogram or part of one.

The exact shipping cost appears at checkout once you choose your country, before you pay.

Personal pickup

You can buy and collect your order directly from our Points of Sale: the Bella Beauty booth at Sherry Health and Wellness Center in Al Juffair, Al Amani Boutique, and Zeina Gallery in Abu Quwah. For customers in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, Zeina Gallery is close to the causeway.

Tracking your shipment

Once your order ships, we send you the tracking number on WhatsApp or to the email in your order. For any question about your shipment, message us on +973 3624 4438.

Wrong address or failed delivery

Please check your address and phone number before confirming the order. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or no answer, a redelivery fee may apply.

Customs duties

Orders outside Bahrain may be subject to customs duties or taxes charged by the importing country, which are paid by the recipient.
